DECLARATION
You warrant and undertrake that you have answered all of the questions on the application form fully, honestly and accurately and confirm that you have not misled or attempted to mislead the Company in any way as to your identity, experiences or health or in any other way. You agree to keep the Company informed of any change to these circumstances or the information and/or data set out in this application form. If you are found to have (or the Company reasonably believes that you have) knowingly supplied inaccurate, misleading or false information you understand that you may be immediately disqualified from taking part in the Programme. If any of the information given in the application form is found to be false, the Company will be entitled in its sole discretion to exclude you from the contributor selection process.

GENERAL
If you are selected as a contributor, you will be required to enter into an agreement with the Company in relation to your engagement as a contributor in the Programme on the Company’s standard terms for engagement of contributors in the Programme and you agree to abide by the terms therein. If you fail to do so, this may result in you forfeiting all rights as a contributor without further notice.

You understand that, even if you are selected as a contributor, the Company has no obligation to produce the Programme and if the programme is made there will be no obligation on the Company or any broadcaster to broadcast it. Further, the Company does not guarantee that it will contact all applicants or feature any applicant in the Programme or otherwise exploit in any manner any future programme which may or may not include the applicant’s participation.

The Company is not liable to refund any costs or expenses incurred in making an application to participate in the Programme including but not limited to the cost of internet access, fees, any phone calls made, travel costs, accommodation, incidental costs, charges, fees, expenses and taxes.

All decisions by the Company concerning selection of the contributors are final and I agree not to challenge or appeal against those decisions.
